GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
Down payment for rent 30% at reservation (if less than 4 weeks before arrival date)
Deposit 2500€ : deposited on Swikly.com and kept for 2 weeks after the end of the rental period (not used if no damage has been noted).
We recommend you take out cancellation insurance and/or check the conditions of your insurance cover linked to your credit card.
Bachelor parties and other such events are strictly forbidden.
