Dining room :
With a total surface of about 20m² facing South-West, the dining room is equipped with a large solid oak table on a central stand with 14 chairs (children/teenagers will be pleased to find their own seats at the bar for meals).
Living room :
With a total surface of about 24m² facing South-West, the living room has a large corner sofa and a straight sofa, a square coffee table in solid wood, a pouffe and an armchair.
A large Samsung flat screen TV is installed on the wall and benefits from the French TNT channels and an internet access to allow you to connect directly to your VOD services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc…).
A wooden TV cabinet hosts a decoder for English TV channels, a Samsung 5.1 Home Cinema with 3D Bluray player. A SONOS audio system will allow you to listen to music from your smartphones in the living room.
terrace and garden
With a surface of about 200m², the garden is equipped with spa and a Timber’In sauna.
The high terrace is equipped all year round with a wooden table with 2 chairs, a bench and a teak armchair.
The lower terrace is equipped only in summer with an extensible Hesperides table with 14 chairs and a large sunshade, 2 deckchairs, a set of garden furniture including 3 sofas, 2 armchairs, 1 coffee table and a sunshade. For your outdoor meals, a WEBER gas barbecue with a plancha part is at your disposal.
In 2022 : a garden chalet was installed to safely accommodate your bikes and mountain bikes in our property entirely fenced on a height of 1.80m and secured by a locked gate.
