PARADIS BLANC MORZINE
Our Chalet Paradis Blanc Morzine offers you a bright “5 stars” accommodation (official classification meublé de tourisme 2021) with a splendid and panoramic view on the mountainous massifs on one hand and its south oriented garden on the other hand.
With a total capacity of 18 guests* (maximum of 12 adults and 6 children in the dormitory), our chalet is located 1.5 kms from the center of the village and the Tourist Office : possible accessibility without car with free shuttles in season, or about 10 to 20 minutes walk by the road de La Plagne or by the Dérèches park in the middle of nature, our favorite solution! (Bus stop and access to Les Dérèches at 50 meters from the chalet).
The construction of our authentic Savoyard luxury chalet was completed in 2018 with top-of-the-range materials giving pride of place to wood and stone. Particular attention has been paid to the interior decoration of each room to make it a welcoming, warm and cocooning place where modern decoration and traditional Savoyard charm are subtly mixed.
You will enjoy being with your family and/or friends while enjoying the benefits of the mountain and its many activities : each season is indeed punctuated by many events that make Morzine a lively and dynamic resort throughout the year.
* Our chalet is classified Meublé de Tourisme 5 stars for 15 guests, this norm does not offer the possibility to put more than 3 guests per room. Nevertheless our spacious dormitory has 6 quality beds for kids, that is to say 18 guests in total.
Staying in our chalet Paradis Blanc Morzine, you will enjoy nearly 300m² with 6 en-suite double bedrooms (private bathrooms) and a dormitory with 6 beds (only for children), as well as a fully equipped garden (garden furniture installed only in summer) with Spa and Timber’In Sauna.
In 2022, a garden chalet was installed to safely accommodate your bikes and mountain bikes.
New in 2023 : the 3 bedrooms located under the roofs have been air-conditioned (for the heat wave periods).
The layout of the chalet

On the lower half level :
– A en-suite double bedrooms,
– A dormitory with 3 bunk beds (6 children),
– A laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, folding dryer, ironing board and iron, etc.
– A ski-room (with shoe dryer) accessible directly from the outside.

On the first floor, accessible on one level :
– A large entrance with stone wall, bench, shoe racks and coat racks,
– An independent WC,
– 2 en-suite double bedrooms.

On the upper half level :
– A magnificent living room benefiting from a double height with exposed framework and large bay windows,
– A fully equipped kitchen with central island open on the dining room and the living room, and two direct accesses by bay windows to the terrace and the garden of approximately 200m²,
– A pretty terrace adjoining the kitchen with suspended “wicker cocoons”.

On the second floor :
– An office and reading area on the mezzanine,
– 3 en-suite double bedrooms, 2 of which have a balcony with a view of the mountain.

On the third floor / mezzanine :
– A mezzanine in the attic with a children’s play area: Samsung flat screen TV on the wall with French TNT channels and internet access (connection to VOD services) Bluray player and poufs.

Finally, concerned about the privileged environment of its site in the heart of the Geopark of Chablais and the global ecological issues, and in the continuity of the “Flocon Vert” approach of Morzine-Avoriaz, our Chalet Paradis Blanc Morzine is proud to adopt, on its own small scale, an eco-responsible approach:
– With a grade of “B” our Chalet Paradis Blanc is economical in energy consumption (primary energy) for heating and hot water production. Thanks to an excellent exterior insulation of the building and an integral floor heating system powered by a VIESSMANN heat pump, the temperature is controlled room by room by intelligent thermostats “Google Nest Learning Thermostat” with an “eco” mode ;
– With an “A” rating, our Paradis Blanc chalet also limits its greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) for heating and domestic hot water production ;
– All of our lighting is powered by low-energy LED bulbs, and the hallway lighting on the ground floor, the lower half of the floor and the lighting in the laundry room and ski room are equipped with motion-detection switches ;
– Our top-of-the-range household appliances (Siemens & Bosch) have “eco” programs ;
– We use eco-responsible cleaning products for the cleaning and disinfection of the chalet ;
– Household waste is sorted at the Paradis Blanc chalet and in the town of Morzine via voluntary waste collection points (PAV : Points d’Apport Volontaire) : your household waste, your recyclable packaging and your glass bottles. There is no collection of household waste in Morzine, so it is up to the guests of the Paradis Blanc chalet to put their waste at the nearby PAV (indicated in the welcome booklet). Three garbage cans are at your disposal in the kitchen and on the adjoining terrace to sort your waste during your stay.
